LaDawndra Robbs
LaDawndra’s passion for sustainability is rooted in her commitment to a healthy eating lifestyle. She is the owner of Pebbles Plants, a small business and hobby venture where she teaches both young people and adults how to grow vegetables and houseplants through live social media videos.
Her love for gardening began over twenty years ago while teaching elementary education at a school that maintained a local garden on its grounds. There, she discovered a lasting joy in showing children how to grow and cook with fresh, healthy vegetables.
Since moving to Statesboro, she has maintained a ground plot at the Statesboro Community Garden, where she has spent the past year working alongside Georgia Southern Serve 912 volunteers and sharing gardening tips. Known affectionately as “Miss Pebbles,” she takes pride in helping the community embrace a healthier lifestyle by eating fresh produce grown in their own backyards.
She is honored to serve as the Chair of the Keep Statesboro-Bulloch Beautiful Board and continue supporting efforts that promote sustainability, healthy living, and community pride.
Zach Clifton is a communications and marketing professional with deep family roots in Bulloch County and a passion for strengthening the community he calls home.
